School Marks As Reported or Raw?

Hi!
I have gotten my school marks and I placed them into ATAR calculators. But should I assume that they are my reported marks or as raw marks? Which is a better representation?

Thank you!

Hey! I'd say reported marks are a better indicator, but that both are (overall) pretty bad anyway. It's really, really hard to approximate your marks for those calculators. Make sure to take them with a huge grain of salt! :)

Yeah, I know. Also, assuming that the data is pretty reliable on http://rawmarks.info/wiki/Mathematics_Extension_2, is it true that if I did a HSC paper and I could get 50%, I can get an 80% reported mark? Because that is very surprising.

Yep, that's correct!! The alignment process can cause some pretty significant jumps ;D
