Biomedical Science @ Monash career options??

I am planning on doing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash Uni as a pathway to get into graduate medicine (with GAMSAT, etc.) However, if I don’t get into med, what career options am I looking at once I graduate? I know laboratory research is a popular pathway, but I’m not interested in research at all, and I don’t want to do honours/PhD. What further graduate study can I undertake that will widen my career and employment options?

The prospects are a fair bit wider than you think. A number of them are listed here. Aside from the Honours or PhD route, there’s also Masters in a number of areas. Masters courses can be done via coursework i.e. not research and will allow you to attempt other non-research pathways if you’re not happy with doing just the undergraduate degree.

As above, you can basically do anything. Teaching is one, could go into public health, or management etc.
