VCE CERTIFICATE?

Hi,

If we completed the minimum unit requirement, pass all the subjects and done all the exams, it means that  will get a VCE certificate no matter what?
and how well we perform on sacs and exams tell us how high or not our atar is.

Is that right?

Hey! Yep, if you do the minimum amount of units and get an S (satisfactory) for all of them, you'll get your VCE certificate It is indeed your performance on SACs and exams (and your subsequent rankings from these) that will determine your ATAR.
