Law/Commerce @ Melbourne/Monash?

My preferences (in order) are:
1. Laws/Commerce @ Monash (5 years)
2. Commerce @ Melb (3 years)
3. Commerce @ Monash (3 years)

I really want to do bachelor of laws/commerce at Monash. However, if i don't get the required ATAR then i will go for option 2 and if my ATAR is not again high enough for that, then hopefully option 3 will be available!

In the case that i'm able to pursue a commerce degree at either melbourne/monash, which uni should i go for? Only dilemma is that Monash is further away than Melbourne (approx 30 mins)

Also, does anyone have any insights into what it is like studying some of the aforementioned degrees at those universities? Thank you! i graduate in 2019 but doesn't hurt to look ahead :)

As per this flowchart, you shouldn't change your first preference based on the ATAR you get.

I can't help you out with perceptions of those courses unfortunately, but hopefully someone else on the forums can :)

Definitely doesn't hurt to research in advance, but also remember that you're allowed to change your mind - eg. I've wanted to study science for a long time but I didn't find my particular course until partway through year 12, so until then I had a different 1st preference
