best course to do for good earnings?

Hi all
change of pref for uni courses opens for a day in early jan so i have one last chance to change my courses if i need to, but even now i still have no idea what i want to do, even after what seems like ages of researching. people say to do what i enjoy, but i honestly don't think i enjoyed any subject in particular during school. i didn't enjoy science and humanities (though did pretty well in chem, psych, bio), and i really disliked english and maths. so i was wondering, considering i don't know what i want to do, i might as well pick something that earns decently, so could anyone suggest any courses that offer jobs which pay relatively well (around 90k in 10+ years)? before anyone suggests, i've already crossed out courses that i cannot see myself working in (med) or i think i would hate even if they paid well (engineering, law, arts), and not going to uni isn't an option since asian parents + worked hard this year to do well
thanks

I feel like you've really ruled out all the major areas that there are in uni, leaving not very much, if anything. If you want large earnings without enjoying academics then an apprenticeship is probably your best bet, but if avoiding uni is not an option, then I really don't see that you have many choices. I guess a possibility is is choose a course that you wouldn't mind and that pays well, and just make up your mind, either to enjoy it, or to not enjoy it and just view it as an income source (in other words be a 9-5 worker, and leave work alone outside work hours). Those are my only real suggestions, sorry, but if you have any other questions, or ideas, feel free to message me! :D
2017-2018: VCE

around 90k in 10+ years
Just a FYI... you can get 90k+ as a teacher in less than 10 years in Victoria (assuming you aren't crap and satisfy performance dev review every year). Starting salary now is $67k and gives you a payrise of ~$2k a year provided you satisfy the requirements to move up to the next stage. But teaching is a career choice that requires a significant time investment and passion is the only thing that gets you through successfully. The accountability and responsibility is enormous.

IMO I don't feel like it's a good way to live - doing something just for the sake of it when you have a plethora of options available to you.

I have to agree with Yertle, you've essentially ruled out most areas based on your post. Reflect back on your time during school - was there any subject or area that you found at least fun or interesting? That may be a good start. Perhaps it may also be worth studying the areas you claim you're good at - science.

As a last resort, my advice to you would be to choose a generalist degree or one that has a high number of elective/free choice options. That way, you can explore a bit more. It might set you back a bit but at least you'd be exposed. Generalist degrees are degrees that cover a wide array of options rather than being specific.. degrees like BA or BSc are generalist as you can choose from a big list of majors where you can specialise in two or more areas.

Did you not receive course counselling at your school?

As people have stated above, not a good idea to do a course due to what a course will earn you. Instead, you should be looking at what you enjoy more and study that.

As long as you do well in the course, you can earn plenty anywhere.

The top students from any degree at any university in Melbourne can exit with 90k+ starting salaries.

Finding a course where you actually enjoy the content will correlate to better grades and a higher paying role out of university.
