my domain [-4,0]
i ended up getting cos(sin-1(srt(2)) + sqrt(2)i for the cos2θ question, couldnt get what cos of sin-1 was though =[
i cant believe the vector question was asking for resolutes. took that totally wrong. =[
oh andi didnt solve for k, though i did toy with the idea.
and i left it as v^2. grrr.

it was 2 to 4pm and i had three questions to go and i was shitting myself... then i realised that we were going till 4:15.

i don't think u lose the complete mark. perhaps only 1 mark.
other marks for the working out and formulas used. for MAV, insight, etc, one mark is usually allocated for the final answer. Even tho this is vcaa, still, they may be marked similar.

I have no idea why they left out mechanics, besides that elevator question.

It asked to calculate to the nearest Newtons, so that would be incorrect.

Depends if you set up as positive then it would be -a.

If up is negative then it'd be +a.
