Useful resources for database/excel?

I'm looking for some useful resources for database/excel anyone know of any good sites ect?
2009: IT Applications
2010: Chemistry | Literature | Methods (CAS) | Physical Education | Health and Human Development
ATAR required: 86, ATAR aim: 90+

Re: Excel - I like FunctionX for basics and MrExcel for advanced tips.

I wouldn't bother learning anything application-specific for databases (e.g. MS Access, FileMaker) since there will only be general database theory questions on the exam. The examiners tend to have an Access bias, though.
