Much harder. The MC was a piece of cake, but I rushed the short answer and still didn't finish. :(

It was very hard, I finished with about 5 mins to spare. The short answer questions were difficult, and I got some obvious ones wrong :(

I found it far to long, and there were a few questions that stumped me, like the ccultural to technological question, and the YAC with the centromeres

At the end all i could think was, how much better it could of been with a few extra minutes

It was hard and Question 1 was mean and so was the last question!
I finished with about 5 minutes to spare.
Any ideas when somebody will put up the solutions?

Ahahahaha
ahahahaha
I was like UMMMMMMMM.
I put something about it being there to hold the allelic DNA and the whatever the other thing was in place because that chromosome was a free and isolated one, whereas the plasmid didn't need one because it's circular and therefore all DNA will be held in place without a centromere.

Yeah.  I had no idea.

I had no idea for that qn and wrote that the YAC needed it to be able to replicate like a normal cell would :S
