EVERY TIME I study I don’t do good in physics and methods
What can I do need help as anything would do
The best study tip I have ever heard was from my Physics teacher which was "The key to doing well is to understand and make mistakes".
Really what you want to be doing is applying your knowledge in multiple ways such as practise questions, teaching someone the content etc. You won't get far if you learn solely based on a textbook and trying to remember everything (you get a formula sheet so no need to remember anything). These two subjects are application-based (and not to mention they do overlap a little) so always find something you can test your knowledge on.
Try to vary your learning! For Physics, I highly recommend tossing out any misconceptions that society has probably forced into your head (e.g. misconception: The heavier object out of the two will fall first etc) and starting from bare basics. Also for Physics, make sure you do a lot of experiments or else you won't be able to 'see' how things interact. Just always follow the principles and apply the easiest concept to solve a problem.
For Methods, just do a range of questions (especially Extended Response) and just like Physics, vary your learning if you can. Make mistakes, learn from them and then correctly apply your knowledge the next time around. Also, try not to use your bound ref as an excuse to not properly learning the content and make sure that you eliminate as many 'silly mistakes' as you can!

Hope this sort of helps!
