I just looked at TVM solver on my calc. It apparently says the new repayments a month are $1821.20

I think the bank balance was 92000 before the new repayments were calculated not 90000 if that helps.

so annoyed at my mistakes right now...like not making pearsons negative grrr  

do we still get one mark for not making it negative because i think it was out of 2 marks?

The r value (pearsons correlation coeeficient) is negative... Not positive
omh, i thoguht that as well, but wrote it as positive =(

I was like the Calculator NEVER lies....but my book said it can sometimes be positive, OH GOD.

I think it was something like 17400, i got it from the point where the lines intersected.

1 mark of course, simply copy/pasting  a number form a calculator doesn't tend to equate to 2 marks LOL.

how was it negative, you just had to square root the co of determination which worked out to be positive

I thought it was 95000
Yeah i just know its not 90000, sorry for being misleading if it isnt 92000

From the graph we can see it is negative gradient
