First of all
DON'T give up! There's still plenty of time to study for exams and if you give up now you'll never know what you can achieve

It's hard to predict whether a 95 is still possible, given that we don't know your averages in each subject or the strength of your cohorts for each subject. That being said, it probably IS still possible just don't expect to get there without a lot of work. Most subjects (excluding maths) you have a separate U3 ranking to U4, so you've really only completed 20-30% of each subject (score wise). As such if you can really lift your game it is possible, but not if you don't make drastic changes to your study habits. Ask yourself, why were your scores so low, did you procrastinate, study poorly, was it online learning? It will be hard but not impossible to change these habits.
Giving up is never the solution, even if you don't hit a 95, putting in the work now might mean you get a low 90s or mid-80s, which is considerably higher than the 70 or 60 you might get if you give up. Your 40+ in your last 3/4 is proof that
you can do it, you just need to step up your game and start consistently studying in a smart way

Of course, there is no guarantee and changing habits will be hard but you CAN do it, you just need to start today

My last advice would be to really prioritise literature as this subject must be in your top 4 (unless you did another english for your 3/4 last year which I'm assuming you didn't). For this reason a low study score in this subject will pull down your ATAR so it's worth putting a little more effort into it.
