While 2020 has changed a lot of things for me study-wise, I think my passion for education, both as a student and as an educator, has not changed

I'm hoping it will stay this way for the rest of the year!
My goals for the rest of the year are, from a purely marks-based POV, to get as many D's and HD's as possible in my courses so I can meet the minimum WAM requirement to apply for Honours. Beyond this though, I'm hoping to spend a lot of my time this semester learning lots of new things, working outside of my comfort zone (I'm taking a jazz education unit and am interested to see how I will go considering I have little musical experience in it) and developing my interests to figure out what I want to contribute to music education as a field through my research in the last two years of my degree

My other semi-academic goal is to have all my lesson planning and programming done ready for my first prac which will either be at the end of this year or early next year depending on how COVID-19 plays out

Keen to hear what everyone else is working towards for the rest of the year!
