Graded Assessment Below Median

From the Graded Distributions each year, it reveals what the median marks for each Graded Assessment (GA).

Now, from Further, I've learnt that the median is not affected by outliers (in this case, they really top and really bottom tier of students).  But if let's say the median for all the GA's of a particular subject is C+.

If student A gets medium-high C's for all their GA's does that mean they'll get lower than 30 for that subject?  The reason why I ask is because I thought getting a 30 is about getting the average or mean - not the median.

EDIT:  Just thought of something.  It's a bell-curve, so the mean and median are the same?

As a rule of thumb, if you get below the median you will get less than 30
