What are some ways i can write on the exam to make examiners notice me to get a 40+?
I've learnt everything on legals..but it doesn't seem to be enough to get a high score. So what are some ways of achieving it?

not really.. if they you can express it then you should be okay. Like i would write esjusdem generis but that's not you spell it but it's recognizable and if you express it it sounds the same.

IMPORTANT THING:::::: if you want to be recognized USE EXAMPLEs. in every q except maybe a 1 marker use examples from cases and the 8-10 markers use at least 2 cases. Make sure you know how to use them and are accurate. They show the examiner you really know your stuff and makes you stand out from the 10,000 students taking the exam.

pretty much just make sure you don't use some twice because then you know you haven't answered the q properly. Also make sure you have answered the q entirely based on it's marks and don't expect a case to be included as a mark just use them as a means of impressing and stuff.
