Chemistry Tutor wanted!
« on: November 10, 2009, 11:26:06 pm »
Hi, I'm looking for a Unit 3/4 Chemistry tutor for next year. I really need to do well in this subject and hope someone will be able to tutor me through the year and help me achieve this. I'm looking for someone in the Western Suburbs, so classes can be easily arranged and meeting can be simple.
I find chemistry challenging and the concepts hard to understand, I'm hoping this will change next year with your help.

Thank you :]

ahaha collin seems pretty eager.
i got A+ in the midyear and i'd assume i got that again (so i'd be hoping for around 45), but if you're after 35-40 then im sure either of us would have enough chem knowledge to help you out. every week at the state sounds good, or over the phone if you're busy, im fairly flexible

Hey, that's an excellent idea.

You should try Skype too -- since it has screencasts too.

I'm open to that too, since I've got all the equipment for that.

lol. All I did was say that I'm a tutor, then herzy calls me eager. There's no competition.

Yes, I know.  I was joking, not stirring something up.  Don't worry.  :)

Mandy, I'm located in the north-west (Taylors Lakes) and can travel (I have a car).

I got 50 for chemistry in 2007 and have taught chemistry (and chemistry alone) to over 20 year 12 students over the past 2 years. I have my own set of notes for my students, and rates are quite flexible for me depending on your location and time of lessons. Travelling out to the city eats time and money, so local lessons are always cheaper.

Weekends are ideal!

Let me know what you think,

-Shivesh
