Everybody seems to have trouble understanding all the spectroscopic stuff of unit 3 chem. would it be a good idea to read other books involving spectrocopy? how did everybody counteract their difficulties in this section? i seem to read and read but never getting the idea...anyone know of any good sites to learn about this? What advice can someone offer studying this?

Spectroscopy - might be useful to google it and read some of the first few web pages. Do heaps of questions for practice, and read your text book chapter(s) more than once. That helps too.
