I really think you should look at the matching of colours. Look at how dark the logo is compared to the forum's default theme:

lol. Woah. Didn't expect this kind of reaction. Fyi, this took me approx about 2.5 hours to do, and I had  noo idea what to do. + i don't have illustrator, so I can't make a logo logo.
