I had the exact same thing,the thing I like about BoS is there are many more people, Sure here there is a much more high achiving crowd but there isn't enough people. After seeing the attitude towards VN, I'm starting to not like BoS.

I love the availablility of user submitted notes here, they are awesome.

True.  But I think they mean the forum in general.  Still, numbers don't mean anything if they don't have the brains/maturity to match it.

In a way, i just find more people, for example, I have been contacted by 2 people that are going to NMSS but here i don't think anyone would be contacting me (then again I haven't tried).

I am not saying BoS is better, after being here there is less BS here (hey BoS is one letter from BS)

BoS is not so great, i used to go on there until i discovered VCEnotes, and i can tell you it's much better here.

Some of the users on there are only there to talk about their social lives, it's ridiculous really. Then you have the users who post in the non-school area, arguments and fights are always waging between different ethnicities, and there are a lot of racist users.

Also, i have found that the higher achieving students tend to come here.

one of the most hated things is when a HSC student comes into the vce sections and asks something like what the system is or maybe what methods means.

haha there was a race on VN ages ago to see who could get perma-banned the quickest from spamming BOS with VN advertising

I realise what you mean now, though it doesn't affect us Victorians. At one point today they had 1,773 users online :buck2: That's just huge...
