Monash Scholarship Award!

i got a message saying i was awarded a scholarship. details are in the mail, but umm this course was my 9th preference and i dont want to do it at all anymore. but i do want my monies =D

Just opened my letter, a nice $2500 scholarship....only if i accept an offer from them!
Pity I'm not all that interested in the course any longer. Goodbye much needed money!

Maybe the course you picked has people who has a higher ENTER than you. I'm not sure though just a guess.

I'm pretty sure that if you don't enrol in a Monash course, the scholarship is automatically rejected. I'm rejecting mine, and I'm assuming that we don't have to specifically do anything about it. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me!

Yes it was an Excellence and Equity Scholarship. I'll just leave it then

If you are not going to accept the scholarship then i seriously urge you to reject the scholarship. Consider someone who is on the cusp of getting the scholarship and is just waiting for someone else to reject.

u better call up to check how many scholarships they offer for ur course and what is the cut off of the scholarship offer
did u apply for seas? if u have a strong seas, im pretty sure u will get "Monash University Scholarship for Excellence and Equity" soon, $6000 a yr its still in process

Well on their site it says Monash University Law Scholarship has already been fully offered. Also says Monash University Arts Scholarship has been offered too.

But I donno could be other types of scholarships as well.

hi, just a general question, with the Monash Academic Merit Scholarship, it says that the student needs to get equal to or higher than 95.00? But surely not everyone over 95 going to Monash gets this scholarship, so what score honestly would be the cutoff to get this? Are there any other pre reqs to get this?

The lowest score i have heard of that received the Merit scholarship is in 97's.
