What is your learning style?

Hi all,

My english teacher for 2010 is a big fan of learning styles and getting the most out of education through discovering and using your learning style/s to your advantage. Each of her classes do a test called VARK and for anybody on here that is interested, here is the link:

I know some people do not believe in the concept of learning styles but I personally find it fascinating to read and use to my advantage and I thought that others on here may be too!

The site also gives you what your learning style/s are and tips to use that learning style to your advantage.

Mmm it really doesn't matter to me what style information comes in, I just convert it if I don't like it.

I would have thought I was a majorly visual person, but other than that, it is rather accurate. :)

I haven't posted my results up (I did it a few weeks ago and cannot be bothered doing it again ;)) but aural was my highest. Even though I like to do a mixture of all of these learning style activites, I definitely agree that I learn best through aural activities. In saying that, I still do learn from the other styles, I just find it easier and more effective to learn that way.

I think most people have elements of all styles but will find preferences as to which one works best.
