Scaling in Further Maths

I’m doing Further Maths this year, and I just wanted to know about the scaling. Does anyone know how much it scales down by if you get, say, something between 45 and 49?

I suppose you'd need to get full marks on both exams (as well as the sacs?) to get a 50...

Thanks…

I got 43 which scaled down to 41.48 which scales down by 1.52
So i guess from 45-49 it scales down by .3-1.3

Hi there.

Look up further maths in the 2007 Scaling Report issued by VTAC.

http://www.vtac.edu.au/pdf/scaling_report.pdf

It breaks down the study scores into ranges of 5 and tells you how each was scaled. Hope this helps.
