Mine does it too... and changing the resolution works but I don't really like having the black box around the screen and every other thing on my computer being small and squashed for the design of one site.

The HAL computers are terribly outdated, so I'm not too fussed about that. I know the site is poorly designed, but it's what we've got to live with until I get enough money for a professional redesign. It's as simple as that.

It's just you. Get a better GFX card or a bigger monitor to obtain a higher resolution. My resolution on a 15" Laptop display is 1280x854 and VN looks perfect :)

mmm here's a thought:

shrink down the logo/thingo a bit, and split the header into two rows, with the ads in the same column with the logo (probably under it), and make the dp and announcements cells have a rowspan of 2

that should fix this up :D
