Alright, I've finally added all the links I've wanted to. Some sites worth checking out are Khan Academy's video tutorials and Spark Notes' summary notes. I've been using these for my VCE Chemistry preparation back in 2008, and I recommend these.
Some members have uploaded worked solutions to the problems in the Heinemann 1 & 2 textbook as well as commercial practice exams. I've posted these links so as to make them easier to find

I also recommend getting supplementary books for practice and to reinforce concepts throughout the semester. These books can be bought from the Senior Students VCE Resource Centre (SSRC) or Academic and General. It's probably worth going to the SSRC this weekend (if you haven't) to pick up a couple of study guides. They've got a wide range of study guides for most subjects especially for English. The guy who works there used to teach at my school and he would be able to give some great advice.
Finally, for students doing first year Chemistry, you might want to check out the MIT OpenCourseware. They've recorded their lectures and made them available to everyone. You can either watch them off Youtube or download them from iTunes (search MIT Chemistry, MIT Physics, etc...).
If there are any links that you would like to share, post it and I'll stick it in the opening post.
I hope you guys enjoy learning Chemistry as much as I do, study smart and good luck with your exams
