If I accept my 1st round offer, do I get a 2nd round offer?

I'm too lazy to search thread countless amounts of threads, so could someone please tell me what would happen if I accepted my first round offer? Would I get a second round offer?

If that is the case, then if I accepted from first round and then I got a second round offer and accepted that, do I have to call the University or whatever to let them know I'm not doing my first round course anymore.
