I apologise for all this confusion. Esp with my girlfriend commenting here. I told her that the mods would know we came from the same IP address. She just wanted to give me some support.

I'm so confused. Why do ppl think i'm charging something for $1497?
If YOU are READING this, DO NOT PAY $1497 for anything from ME. PLZ I beg of you. You are making a huge mistake.
I merely said it was worth $1497. Which has little to do with how much it costs.
A brand new Taylormade Driver costs $679, it costs the company $25 to make it. What's it worth?

So youre only offering something thats 'worth' $1497 to 3 'lucky' people? What other ways are there for people to see the bonus material you say you have?

Just give the guy a chance to explain geez. It might not be XXL but it could be beneficial for some people.

Thanks man! Other than your crappy name, I think you're pretty cool! Nah, i can look past the name.
I totally forgot today is when every one gets their offers. DIdn't wanna steal the limelight from everyone talking about their offers.

Yes, purrkat, I can. It's your responsibility to market to students how effective your product is, it's my responsibility to make sure you're being honest. I'm not going to do your job for you. Why should I be taking steps to promote your product? To be perfectly honest, based on what you've communicated, I think instead of spending $1500 on your product, VN'ers would be better off with 50 hours across 50 weeks of 1 hour 1-on-1 tuition at $30/hr.

Especially given how willing you both are to mislead and deceive, and given how untested your product is, I find your claims of "guaranteed 45+" rather suspicious too. What kind of guarantee are you offering? Money-back guarantee?

Hey,
the guarantee is this...
and will always be this...
IF you follow my program and follow the my guidance...
I guarantee you will achieve a 43+ SS or
DOUBLE your money back.
SO if you pay me $200, then i give you $400.
it's called a performance guarantee.
BUT
I don't have anything to sell anyway. So don't worry.
BTW, I tutor heaps of kids, and I always tell everyone straight up, that if they think i'm full of shit, then they get all their money back, and now it's double your money back. Maybe it's luck or maybe it's me, I've never had anyone asking for their money back.

How can this be misleading and deceptive conduct if there's no contract?
Remember, my girlfriend just graduated in law/arts last year, and i have a huge fu$5ing stack of law books in my book case. I asked her to sell them, but no. anyhow I studied commercial law with her, so what would you like to point out in section 52?

That is a really risky thing to say, what if they go blank or if they make stupid stupid mistakes? These mistakes are the most common in students who are prepared well. I considered myself prepared, after the exams I felt great... for an hour. Then one by one I realised the stupid mistakes I made. Ends up I made so many mistakes I was awarded 42. The point is: mistakes are very easy to make, even for those thoroughly prepared. Imagine one year, where enough marks that if lost would constitute <43 were based on something which you hadn't taught well enough, if only half your students lost these marks you would be at a loss. You would already know this though.
