How do I defer?

Where am I suppose to go? I got told to go to VTAC, but I can't find any button or anything to defer.

For UoM, I know you have to go to http://sos.unimelb.edu,au/enrol

Then you login and have three options:

1.  Accept
2.  Decline
3.  Defer

The only exception is for those undergrad degrees that have their last intake this year.

For RMIT you go here, fill out the form and send it to the address. You need your enrolment pack first (for the letter of offer)
