Transfering between campus'

hey guys, i got offered to go to swinburne lilydale, which is pretty far, so i was wondering if mid semester this year, would i be able to transfer over to the same, or similar course, over at the hawthorn campus? what things would i need to consider? do i need to be at the same campus for a year or something?
