ATAR Calculator?

As rhjc.1991 brought up a similar scenario recently on this forum, shouldn't the ENTER calculator have a name change as well?

On a slightly different but relevant note, is the calculator going to be updated with 2009 data?

Daniel15 handles the ENTER calculator, and he runs it independent of VCENotes (despite our close affiliation :)). He's pretty busy these days (being a talented programmer, he has a lot of projects he manages), but fire him a PM and I'm sure he'll get around to it.

I don't know i missed this thread, but i spoke to daniel not too long ago and he said he will try and do it soon except it's quite timeconsuming as its A LOT of copy+paste work. i think we can be patient and wait a bit longer. no need to hassle him about it!

changing it to ATAR calculator would mean fewer people would find it since few people would think to google "atar calculator". Keep that in mind.

Especially with VCAA dropping the Specialist scaling every year :/...
It's funny. If I type my exact scores into the Calculator for 2008, my ENTER score ends up ebing 99.10 instead of 99.15 despite the fact Spesh changed 1 whole point from last year

It's been discussed previously that the higher your ENTER is, the more accurate the calculator is for your ENTER.  So I guess you're just lucky.  :D
