620-154 Calculus 1
610-101 Chemistry 1
800-001 Mind, Brain and Behaviour 1
316-102 Introductory Microeconomics
I have absolutely no idea why I'm doing 800-001.
What majors interest you?
If it's something health related, then do physics, chemistry and biology. If your aspiring to become a psychologist (you probably aren't because you don't like writing) then stay with psychology or if you would like to pursue maths then swap psychology with physics.
I'm leaning towards Mathematics and Statistics if I have to stay in science so I'm really not sure which other subjects complement my major. I know physics does, but having done two years of VCE physics and skimming the surface of the iceberg, I really didn't enjoy physics.
It's sort of weird because some people say that if you enjoy maths, then you should enjoy physics as well but with me I enjoy maths but absolutely loathe physics with passion.
This isn't exactly true. The two are very different from eachother, maths is the language of physics, but the way you use maths in physics is different to just doing maths.
I enjoyed maths from year 8 (arithmetic annoyed me, but once we started other stuff it became really interesting) and because I loved space from a really young age and then became interested in the atom, etc. I then considered physics and loved it (From year 9 I wanted to become a nuclear physicist). I was told that if I love physics, then I should love engineering, but I loathed it.
