Im still doing promotion of PA , NPAG and shit in PE. =\
I dont really like the next bit either, I dont do bio or anything. Its not too confusing though. I just relate it to my own sports training so it has SOME personal relevance.
Im hanging out for unit 4. I should smash that.
what exactly do we learn in unit 4?
