i have the nelson, found the first three chapters to be incredibly boring  and apparently live it up isnt too different.. :-\
but the new topic on energy systems seems really interesting, since its a bit like biology ;) i think im going to find it alot easier, regardless of my teacher saying that it will be harder haha

to be honest not too long ago the prospect of physical education seemed bleak to me. so i fell a bit behind in study...  when i couldnt change subjects i decided to commit, kinda caught up and
ended up with an unexpected a+ for the first sac on chapter one :P

yeah the first three chapters are awful, i too am trying to keep up with it and trying to study- so hard to be motivated to study something as boring as promotion of PA .___.
yep! looking forward to the biology part too, yeah haha apparently it's the part people struggle with most, your doing bio though - and people who do bio generally smash this section. well anyone who is good at science really can, just most people who do it are not really into science heh.

^ that overlap is so good- i'm jealous, i wanted to do bio so bad :(

ahh for psych:
i averaged ~93% unit 3, and ~96% unit 4 for sacs, both exams were slightly below mid A+ (compared to cutoffs). i crammed majorly 2 weeks before the midyear, and did one hour a day over a month for the end year. ha so different, i lost really stupid marks on the end year, like i got 0/6 (after doubling) for a question that previously had been correct to say "mentally associate" now you get 0 for not saying "visually" associate. remember that for method of loci when you do it ;)

Im still doing promotion of PA , NPAG and shit in PE. =\
I dont really like the next bit either, I dont do bio or anything. Its not too confusing though. I just relate it to my own sports training so it has SOME personal relevance.
Im hanging out for unit 4. I should smash that.

haha yeah the overlap is pretty good with psych biol and p.e, im finding psych the easiest subject so far, but im having trouble with lit..
for my subjects i dedicate individual days to study individual subjects usually averaging about 6+ hours a day, but recently i have been unsure as to whether or not this method is as effective as studying a mix of subjects every day for with shorter individual times.. i am kind of a noob at studying to be honest.. :(
hoping that in this year i can pull off an enter score around about 90..
also started listening to podcasts, which can be great when you are travelling.. :)
