This is my timetable as it currently stands...

I'm happy with this timetable, as I managed to get a day off (Monday) even when I'm overloading with 5 units (BTC1110). That said, work's very quickly occupied the otherwise free space :( ...which means I'll be romping the Clayton campus on Mondays too.

I hate my Thursdays... a 10am class and a 5pm class, both auto-allocated courtesy of Alloclash. Thus I think I win with the longest break: 7 HOURS. I think Thursday will be my 'study day' where I park my ass in the library and hit the assignments. I also must do 4 hours of commuting everyday, which makes going to the only lecture I have on a Wed morn seem rather ...erm... yeah. Lucky I think I'll like business law, hey Excal? :P

I would have if I did a course from the Arts faculty instead of Psychology. My Advanced Studies class is timetabled in for 2 hours a week, but my Psychology course really does more than make up for it, given that it has 5 contact hours a week. I thought I had 12, but I actually have 13. Grr.

My ASC is a group thing this semester. I don't get to do my own research projecty-thing until next semester. Although I think one of the assignments we do is on a topic we've come up with by ourselves.

I think all the first years will be in the same group which will basically just be a series of lectures on how to do research with a few assignments thrown in there. I was told that first semester PhB is pretty much exactly like first semester BA. You don't get to do anything fun until semester 2.

And did your friend do one semester of uni before PhB? Because I met someone who did that. She was blonde, kind of short, umm I don't remember much else.

Wow, some of you guys timetable seem crazy with no breaks! Is it hard to go through the day gapless, do u get time to eat and stuff lol?

I mean like brendan's monday and Excalibur's tuesday timetable and a few other people. I was planning to keep like 1hr break after every 2hr lecture period or so. Is it bad, i have less hours.

With the breaks, I suppose it depends on how well you can concentrate. There is usually 10 minutes between lectures, which I think is manageable for me, but I wouldn't want a whole day of that.
