Yeah. My teachers claim that you won't make any progress studying past 10. they claim waking up at 4 when you are fresh will be more effective

Your teachers recommend 6 hours sleep? Ive talked to some pretty smart people and they say teenagers need over 9-10 hours sleep and its not natural for us to sleep before 11pm. We're more efficient later on in the day/night.

I wake up at 7 every morning, go to bed at 11:30. Sometimes I nanna nap in the arvo. Most of my homework is done after dinner 7-10.

Fall asleep around 11:30pm - 1am. Get up at 7:30am - 8:20am. Depends how motivated I am.

4am :o say wot!

Uh...usually 10:30-11 bed and get up like 7:45....yet i'm always tired.

Optimum brain time for me is around 10 - 10:30pm, that's when I normally start my english homework because my brain goes totally spastic. I haven't tried it this year yet, so it might have changed to a better time. Also if I woke up at 4 I'd probably be in a zombie-like state by the time school starts.
