Why doesn't taking the conjugate of work? that is, getting

EDIT: err. K is an element of Z, integers, not reals. *headdesk*

Wow this is getting into a pattern of me answering my own questions. The answer to any and all interested:

If the coefficients are all real, and , then this property will be observed; that being a conjugate pair solution.
2009: Math methods: 50, Psychology: 44
2010: chem 47, further 48, Spesh 49 fml seriously and other yr 11 subs.
