HEY THERE EVERYONE :D :D :D TinyApple here :)

Im planning to go to oweek to have fun and collect freebies and whatnot. I also wanna meet some new people from VN who are starting their courses at Melbourne Uni so here is a thread dedicated to this. :D :D :D :D

When: Sometime during oweek. Probably a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. Not sure what times yet. :D :D :D :D
Where: Same spot as last year's meetup - System Gardens (a very very nice place :) ). Its E12 on the map in the back of the student diary. :D :D :D :D
(Image removed from quote.)
(thanks for edmund372 for the map :D :D :D)

So yeah, post if you plan to come or whatever. :D :D

EDIT: Post which days work for you. Im thinking of Tuesday because that's when everyone will be on campus.

Thanks for the map.

Any day works for me, but I need a time and possibly where this place is near.

CAN I COME?
Fuck you. I'm going to come anyway.

dont go, you'll melt if you step foot at melb uni

Come on that's just childish.

No, it's true. I once had a twin brother...

Guess who I blame?

THE MELBOURNE MODEL???
COMMUNISM!?

I BLAME COMPUTER GAMES OF COURSE. SO MUCH VIOLENCE.

Oh wait, I'm not Michael Atkinson and I'm not a douche (debatable).

Emoticon overload, TinyApple!

But anyway, not Tuesday or Wednesday. Thursday is cool. And Monday because I'll already be on campus because I work there.

I like my emoticons, Applethief :D

Hmm..well with putting that into consideration, we could have two separate meetups - one on Tuesday and one on Thursday (I honestly don't mind - I'll be attending both days).

Maybe everyone could say which days they are attending/might be attending and I'll start making lists tomorrow.

I'm just going to orientation for freebies and to buy my lecture notes. Quantum Mechanics and Special Relativity, Thermal and Classical Physics and Real Analysis (?) all have bound lecture notes! So these should make do until week one starts, but I might still buy the personal finance book unconditionally.

Where do you go to buy your lecture notes?

I'll most likely come.

Cheer big ears.  How do you know those subjects have lecture notes before uni has started?
