My first ever tutorial was in the Menzies building. First impression was that the building is falling apart. Then I got to my tiny classroom to find that we didn't even have tables but instead we have the shitty chairs with built in mini table thingys.

Great first impression of uni.

I fucking hate those rooms with just the chairs. I got a philosophy tute in one of those, it looks like someone with downs syndrome arranged the furniture, all the desks fucking squeak when you put them away.

Life sucks.....

FUCK MENZIES SUCKS BALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i always wonder what is in that alexander theatre :S and i wonder if the vice chancellor is ever in his office

I can answer that.

The Alexander theatre is that, a theatre. A lot of productions are put there, including MumCO's I believe.

The VC doesn't live in the Menzies.

were does he live? is he famous?

I think the only time you ever hear or should I say, see from him is on brochures advertising for the uni.

EDIT:  Had to fix the "hear" part.

I'm in menzies once a week for a tute and there's always construction sounds (loud drills, hammers etc) and stuff, so bloody annoying!
