Cheat Sheet Significance?

Is the cheat sheet very helpful in the physics exam or its quite useless like maths subjects?
I have no idea what to put on it, as there is basic formulae provided already...

I'd say put perfect definitions on it. If you do this you will be able to have a great definition without having to think much(you will have to adapt to the questions demands).

Other than that maybe things which you often screw up to check for in any time remaining after completing all the questions.

And formulae which is not provided on the formula sheet.

That.  Definitions are very helpful because in the two physics exams I did last year, both got students to define something.  Also remember that VCE physics is extremely competitive and one of the main ways examiners separate the strong from the weak (so to speak) is through definitions and explanations, as you might have noticed with the 2009 Physics exam 2.

IMO a cheatsheet is for arbitary hard-to-remember stuff, in particular finer details that catch many people out. I guess an example would be "normal force is merely a component of the reaction force acting on an object on a surface, not the reaction force itself."

Is the 20 ohm resistor connected in parallel or series with respect to 15ohm and 25 ohm resistors?

They are in parallel. It becomes clearer if you redraw the diagram.

Your formula sheet only gives u the absolute minimal information required for u to complete the exam
This means u are much better off transposing formulas onto your formula sheet. There are also shortcut formulas for projectile motion which you won't find on the given formula sheet
