Don't your study scores only have a 2 year validation? So by the end of next year, his/her Year 7 Chemistry mark won't count?
Haven't you posted that before? I remember answering something like this, polky did VCE over 3 years and all scores counted.
After how many years do study scores become invalid then?

But the scores only counted for 2 years. polky did her Chinese at the end of year 10, and finished her VCE at the end of year 12.

The VCAA does not prescribe a minimum number of subjects/units that students have to study each year. You can take as long as you need to complete the VCE.

Hahah wow, how did he go about for Chem then?
In Year 7 I just started learning the periodic table... (like how elements were arranged etc.) lol!

And, I think there should be some validation. At least, in my opinion, I hope there is and think there should be xP

Ahh, that's awesome. So I can keep doing and repeating subjects for ages until I get like all perfect study scores, then get an ATAR score? Yay :) LOL

Yeah. If you repeat year 12, for whatever reason, you keep all your previous scores. So you can take 1 or 2 subjects to boost your ENTER. Could work quite well I imagine. Though there are better pathways..

I see. I'd guess that he is doing a VCE subject each year until Year 12!
Lol I suppose, I regret not doing a 3/4 this year... otherwise my 8 subjects would fit in so much easier. I hope I don't die next year if I end up having three 3/4s and four 1/2s in year 11.
