VCE not what you expected?

Well for SACs so far, it has been pretty surprising for me.

I have done better in Spesh and English. Which at the start of the year, i though i would struggle with.

Then Methods and Chem, i did pretty poorly in :( . I was actually aiming for 40 raw in methods at the start of the year and i thought chem would be alright.

Yeah, English + EngLang is worse than I expected.  I'll be lucky to get 30 the way I'm going at the moment.

I prefer EngLang, but my teacher is a complete mole and hates my guts.
She absolutely hates my essay writing.

By my personal standards I suck at writing essays compared to other subjects, but I think she just loves getting stuck into me.  She's basically canned every essay I've ever given her.

I think she said I was getting worse in the analysis SAC task which emailed to her her yesterday.
I'm that demotivated to do any EngLang at all lately.  She makes us write an essay each week which is okay, but I don't even want to do it anymore because I know she's just going to give me shit and say my writing is clumsy and that it is really a weak point.

As for regular English, If I don't have time to prepare, I'm essentially screwed.

Anyway, I might start a thread about improving my writing in the English Board.

I've only had three SACs back, and chemistry was my lowest raw mark. That said, it wouldn't have been my lowest rank as apparently most people completely failed, but still... everyone expects me to gun chemistry.

I find it harder to keep up witht he workload than I expected, but otherwise, stuff is panning out like it should (worse than best hopes, but far from the worst situation).

same here to a degree, but more like i thought i'd be able to manage my time really well and follow a strict schedule. definitely not doing this, but perhaps later this term i will have been able to achieve this!

alsoooooo further is a lot easier then i thought it would be hah and the work for chem is lower then expected (there isn't really that much o_o) anddd methods is easier then anticpated even though i'm doing zero work (but its ok since its my 7th subj) but englang is hard :(

EngLang isnt hard for me. Im near the top despite planning my essay/learning the metalanguage for the outcome the night before the SAC. Bad habit but I guess it means I can step it up another gear when I have the motivation to do so.

Ive only got 17-18 weeks of classes left so hopefully motivation picks up now that its a sprint to the finish line.

How further maths is even regarded a subject has me stuffed.

I honestly don't know is I am bad at EngLang or my teacher just has an extreme grudge against  me.
She always tries to counter argue my essays.

Chem and Bio are awesome !  Methods has its days...
