The final one is here. If you see any mistakes please correct me, Im not perfect. Its basically questions Ive compiled that you probably wont see from normal past papers you are doing. Hopefully it will help you with your studies :)  :)

Delete Q3 in MC

Question 5c in short answer should read:
c.    A solution of bromine of unknown concentration is placed in a sample cell with a path length of 2 cm. Absorbance is at 0.48

[Br2] = ________________ M

[Edit]
Ill be kind and upload the first all the multiple choice. DOWNLOAD THE FILE "MULTIPLE CHOICE".

[Original post]
Ive compiled a few questions to make a practise paper. Here are the first 10 multiple choice. Ill be finished by tomorrow on it and release on this site. I dont have answers to it yet cos I havnt dont the questions myself! The questions are from various sources like neap and stuff. Ive just chosen the hard ones and edited some of the numbers.

If you think its crap then tell me so, then I wont make anymore

Thanks for putting in the effort but won't everyone here pretty much have the practice exams already?

And if you expose them to questions now they'll just see them again while using practice and know the answer already

1.A
2.D
3. I don't know what 4-amino phenol's molar mass is or paracetamol.
4. B
5. C
6. D
7. A
8. Fairly sure the mg should read grams per litre. This is because at 25 degrees 8g per litre. Then in 10L there will be 80g or 80mL. C
9. I don't think most of these were are meant to know at VCE level?
10. B
11. D
12. B
13. A
14. You don't actually ask a question here! It could be A if you want the diluted or D if you want the original.
15. B
16.A
17. C
18. Cannot read the coefficients off in word 2010.
19. A not D as A would have lots more water in it, which accounts for the discrepancy in weight.
20. C

No because some of these questions are from my school sacs and some are from the HSC chemistry course. Unless you have bothered to go through the HSC course and find every relevant question or go to my school, I doubt you would have been exposed to the questions.

Q3 ill delete that question...

Q8 the question is right. you have to think a bit more beyond the question. its not as simplistic as it seems. try using the normal atmospheric pressure (101.3kpa)

Q9. its meant to be a challenge, no point in past papers like lisachem.

Q14 thanks edited

Q18. edited

Martoman, aminophenol is just an amine group replacing a hydrogen on a phenol ring. :)

So C6H7NO, molar mass 109 g/mol.

Benzene ring with one hydrogen replaced with a hydroxy group. I am fairly sure we aren't required to know that though.

Ancient Persian Proverb; " I Wept because i had no Shoes, until i saw a man with no feet!"

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me -- and there was no one left to speak for me.

Nup. Ill post my answers up when Im done with it :) You can do that aswell. Some of the questions I changed a few numbers so the actual answer would be different from the question I got it from originally.

mmm but its not the same bonding... just because it has a bigger molar mass by 4.5 g/mol and the fact that the butanol will be able to form hydrogen bonds makes me inclined to defend my answer?

Are we required to be able to compare different length members of different homologous series in that way?
