I cancelled out a and b pretty quickly but I thought it would be C however the answer says D. I don't quite get why.

d) Motor control, abstract reasoning and language comprehension.Why can't it be option B (correct answer is C) I think it has something to do with memory. But if somebody could explain it that would be great
