It was definitely harder, last year's A+ was max 4 marks you can lose I think? there will be more room for marks this time but not by that much.

I reckon if you lose more than 9 you're out. That was a pretty accurate assessment of VCE Physics, so 90% would probably be an A+ I think
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

yeah 80/90 will probs be cutoff me thinks

It was harder than 09, but that isnt really saying much.

I got so much wrong Think I lost ~10 marks :'(
It wasn't really hard, but tricky.

Yeah, I thought about the same difficulty as last year, but had a few tricks in it.
Found relativity hard though; prob dropped a couple of marks there..

compared to last years, id give it a 6. a few questions were ambiguous whereas last years you didn't even need to think. What was the A cutoff last year? anyone know?

A, not A+. according to itute, an A+ is likely to be out of my reach. I want to make sure I'm atleast going to get an A lol

This has to be the hardest VCAA physics exam I've seen in a while. There are lots of subtle tricks thrown in, especially with the spring... a very contentious question.
