when it asked for the total cash receive in question 2.3.1 was all that was required was to find the bank total in the cash receips journal? because i believe total cash received is not the same as net cash receieved. just a little unsure...

the csh contrib was 10000 plus the 50000 loan equals 60000 of which 38500 was used to pay for 35000 stock and 3500 gst. so bank should be 60000-38500 = 21500 the 20000 contribution was the agreed value of the delivery van. also i dont think gst should be included from accrued rent because it would be counted twice when the cash payment in february occurred for 4400 as 400 would go into the gst column
