Are you referring to the Statement of Support? I thought you need to get someone responsible to fill it in and that you can't write it yourself?

Nah, a impact statement =! Statement of support. The impact statement tells what happened to you etc.

For me, why would I not take advantage of SEAS? After all, my school's average study score is 22 or something ;)

Wow, my schools on that list for Melbourne.
Too bad Monash doesn't recognize category 7.

when applying through vtac for seas or scholarships, they give you a reciept after. Does this mean there is a fee to applying for these.
