A single bling procedure can be applied to either the participants or the experimenter, look at 17 b 2008 assesesment report.

Hey,

for q13b, i put the students normal amount of sleep, because different normal levels of sleep can affect different amounts of sleep deprivation. e.g. suppose person X has 10 hours normal sleep, and person Y has 5 hours normal sleep. If they are sleep deprived 3 hrs, person X will still have more sleep and be less sleep deprived than person Y. is tat right?

So basically, you'd match students who had between 1-3, 4-6, 7-9. That's an interesting one. You'd had to explain how you'll go about doing that an why that's important, but I think you might get something out of that.
silly smile, what if i said the participants must have the same ability to catch tennis balls?

yeah that's what the majority of people said mike.. that the participant characteristic of catching skill is an extraneous variable that must be controlled
