What happens...... If you fail for a UMEP Subject?

heyy guys...............

I was just wondering what happens with Umep history and philosophy subjects @ Melb uni if you were to fail? like my friend is doing UMEP accounting @ melb uni too, however they were told if they were to fail semester one, then their studies would be terminated? :| Is this the case for my subject too?

You need to pass both units for it to count towards your ATAR, therefore, I guess there's no real point in studying for a second semester if you failed the first. Even more importantly, the university doesn't want your VCE subjects to suffer as a result of your involvement in UMEP. They may decide that a failure suggests that you're having difficulties coping with the workload.

and you records are deleted from their system like you never did the subject, so you are at no disadvantage when applying for uni/doing subjects there (wont affect GPA, etc.)

HPS is pretty jokey, I'm doing a few as breadth, they are hard to fail.
