1 high A for SAC mark can still get you a 42.
It's all over now..

If you want 42 or over you need A+ for all GAs. But it's impossible to tell because they change due to the exam.

I got an A for basically every sac and then on my statement it had A+, A+ for unit 3 and 4 sacs, so it honestly all comes down to the exam. Just maintain a consistent level in sacs and that's all you need.

Good luck everyone!

I got a 43 with a an 'A' for Unit 3, so that comment is not always true.

Definitely, probably even up to 45 with those marks
I doubt you could get a 45 with two A's on SAC, depending on your cohort though and final mark. If it is a high A+, which let's face it, you wouldnt expect to get if you only got A's for coursework then you might. But highly doubtful an individual is going to pull this off. Low 40's is definitely possible. It does really all come down to the exam though, so if you can pull it off it is possible.

All the best though, hopefully you can prove me wrong!

Am I too optimistic in thinking that it is possible to get low 40's with A's on your SACS and an A+ on the exam?

SAC marks don't mean anything as you're competing against the students within your school. Different schools have different SACs; some schools set easier SACs and some schools set harder SACs. Your ranking within your cohort would be a better indicator.

If your cohort is weak, and you're rank first and get a B+ then most likely that B+ will be the highest exam mark in your cohort; hence your SACs will get scaled down to a B+ or A which is around a 32-34. So try your best for that A+ and you're SACs will be relatively the same and a 40 is on your way.

No.

this is not true. you should stay being VERY OPTIMISTIC, and thats goes for anyone!
this is my score:
B+
A
A+
and i got a study score of 40.
so if u think u can get an A for the first block then u should get something higher than me :)
(ranking stuffed for me!!! i know ppl getting higher sac score than i do at school but did horrible compared to me in the exam!)

I've known people who have averaged B+ and were still able to get 45's. but then again our cohort is very strong
