If you can afford an infinite number of study books i guess so. Besides checkpoints for chem i don't really use anything except the practice the teachers give us which is usually a decent amount.

Anyway, i reckon its much better to spend more time on theory and have a deeper understanding than spamming questions, because that way you can take anything that pops up, even questions you haven't seen before.

Well that's what i do for SACs anyway, should probably get one of those books with study notes or questions though but theres so many of them
