Alright. Just take out all my carping and apply occam's razor. I was only trying to demonstrate the qualitative justifications for treatment of period vs product cost classfications but it's apparent more damage has been done than good.

Translation: Just ignore me, I was busy using big words and bringing up real-life accounting / uni stuff that even Fyrefly doesn't try to force onto the poor VCE students.

Srsly pooshwaltzer, you're clearly very intelligent and knowledgeable... but you need to bring it down a notch for the kiddies... they'll implode if they read any more sentences like that.
