How do you explain whether a reaction is endothermic or exothermic by reading some results. Like what do you have to include in the explanation. This is to do with an equilibrium being disturbed in a net forward or backward reaction because of change in temperature.

If it tells you that the reaction is heated and more products are formed, or there is a higher K value, then you can assume the reaction is endothermic, since endothermic reactions produce more products when temperature is increased.
Or if the reaction has a change of E being +ve, you can assume the same.

Basically for exothermic reactions it is opposite, so if it tells you the reaction produces less products and more reactants when the mixture is cooled, then the reaction is exothermic.
