I'm considering repeating too but i'm worried what people will think of me and itll put me a year behind too... i don't know and i don't really want to go through this VCE hell again..

^ who cares what people think of you?
do a few subjects at TAFE and study hard & using the huge amounts of extra time to do things you enjoy and have a semi-fun year, i'd prefer not to be stuck in a schooling environment where i spend most of the day wasting time anyway for a second year in a row.
